Offering services mainly to the OEM, Distribution Channels and End User Sectors. Mercuri and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) qualified in Sales Training, Motivation and Management. Companies represented include Schneider Electric and Weidmuller.

The solution... A no-commitment visit to your business, in order to understand your activity and market-a business plan tailored to your needs, with the ability to then engage a professional to execute that plan, whether it be a tele-marketing campaign, or a sales visit plan to targeted potential customers. This can be from as little as four days per month on a regular basis, or on an "Ad-Hoc" project basis, with timescales and measures agreed and monitored. All on a pre-agreed and negotiated fixed rate with no hidden costs (holidays, sickness, vehicles, disciplinary issues etc).

Another service that we can offer is to work with your own Sales Team, undertaking joint visits, identifying skills gaps and where possible delivering the training to fill those gaps. We can also assist in Specialist Recruitment if necessary.
